Can we do it remotely?

All or some of the meetings can be held remotely. We recommend gathering everyone in the same room to maximize the creative brainstorming.

Do the same people have to participate every day?

It is generally recommended that the same core team participates in all sessions in a design sprint. This consistency helps maintain continuity, ensures everyone is on the same page, and facilitates effective collaboration.
The decider (The person who makes the final decisions when the team is divided) MUST participate in all sessions and in a daily debrief with the facilitator.
The typical roles that should ideally remain consistent throughout the sprint include:
• Product Manager (if s/he is not the decider): The person who ensures the project aligns with business goals.
• Developer: The person who provides technical insights and ensures feasibility.
• Users: Their involvement ensures that the final product meets business goals and delivers a valuable and satisfying user experience.

Is it necessary for the workshop to take up an entire day?
